Following the XNCE story, on September 28, in collaboration with SCC CIO and BASF partners... inaugurated Hieu Tu C Primary School, Xiao Can District, Tra Vinh Province on the occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival for the children. PNP aims to provide a safer and more comfortable learning space for students.

It is known that Hieu Tu C Primary School is located in a remote area of Tra Vinh province, with many ethnic minority communities, including Khmer. The school has one major point and three odd points. The project was implemented at O Trao odd point, started construction in 2009 in deteriorating conditions, not ensuring safety and hygiene. The existing school has 162 students, of which 159 are children of ethnic minority families, in disadvantaged categories who earn mainly from farming or small trade.
